Damaged/Defective Items
We will happily replace any items that arrive damaged or defective within 15 days from the date of receipt. (aka the "Delivered" date). Please reach out to us so we can ensure you’re satisfied with your order.Other Returns
In order to ensure the perfect fit, we recommend taking measurements and reviewing them against the Size Guide on each product page. Visit the Sizing + Care page to learn how to measure for your perfect fit.
We accept all other return requests within 30 days from the date of receipt. The item(s) must be in original and unworn condition. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@cityhighapparel.com and include the following:
1. Order number
2. Name
3. Address
4. Item(s) you want to return
We will provide an RMA number and the address to ship the return to once we receive your return request. Please write down your RMA number and include it in your return package, along with the item(s) you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for your return, so we recommend using the original packaging to ship it so you pay the lowest rate possible.
For credit card returns, the credit to your account will occur within 14 business days of receiving your item(s). The credit may appear on a future statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. We do not refund your original shipping charges.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item(s) please follow the return process and then place another order for the new item in the correct size, etc.Changes to Orders
